1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Proof of Bridge, including its website, wallet discovery tools, data, interfaces, and related features, collectively called the Service. In these Terms, Proof of Bridge, we, us, and our refer to the operator of the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and legal compliance
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and be legally permitted to use the Service in your location. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, sanctions, tax rules, and contractual obligations that apply to you. Availability of the Service does not mean that its use or any digital asset transaction is lawful in every location.
3. About the Service
Proof of Bridge analyzes public blockchain activity and indexed public data to display transaction relationships between Solana wallet addresses and Robinhood Chain wallet addresses. The Service is an informational research tool.
The Service does not operate a wallet, custody assets, request private keys or seed phrases, sign transactions, execute trades, manage investments, or control blockchain networks.
4. Wallet relationship limitations
A displayed connection means that public cross-chain transaction evidence links two blockchain addresses according to the records available to the Service. It does not prove that both addresses are owned or controlled by the same person.
A wallet may be controlled by an exchange, custodian, contract, organization, shared account, or other third party. A relationship does not establish real-world identity, intent, authorization, beneficial ownership, or unlawful conduct.
You must not present Service results as conclusive proof of a person's identity, ownership, control, guilt, creditworthiness, or legal status.
5. No financial, legal, or tax advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing is a recommendation, endorsement, solicitation, or promise that you should buy, sell, hold, or use any coin, token, or other asset.
You must make your own decisions, conduct independent research, and consult appropriately qualified advisers where necessary. We do not assess whether any transaction or asset is suitable for you.
6. Coin and token purchase risk
Any button, link, information, or access relating to a coin or token is provided for convenience and general information. It is not a guarantee of value, safety, legality, authenticity, or future performance.
Digital assets are speculative and can lose value rapidly or become worthless. Before buying, selling, or holding any digital asset, understand that you may lose all money committed to it.
- No profit, return, price, or minimum value is promised.
- No market liquidity or ability to sell is promised.
- No exchange listing, continued listing, utility, adoption, development milestone, or buyback is promised.
- Prices may be manipulated, extremely volatile, or affected by concentrated ownership.
- Smart contracts, wallets, networks, and trading platforms may contain defects, be exploited, fail, or become unavailable.
- Law, regulation, taxation, or enforcement action may restrict access, transfers, trading, or value.
Only use funds you can afford to lose completely. You are solely responsible for evaluating the asset, contract address, transaction, platform, fees, tax treatment, and legal consequences before acting.
7. No fiduciary or custodial relationship
Your use of the Service does not create an adviser-client, broker-client, fiduciary, agency, partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship.
You remain solely responsible for your wallets, credentials, devices, research, transactions, financial decisions, records, reporting obligations, and taxes.
8. Accuracy and completeness
Blockchain records, external indexes, network services, and APIs may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, duplicated, reorganized, mislabeled, or incorrect. The Service may miss valid activity or display an incorrect or incomplete relationship.
We do not guarantee that any transaction, amount, timestamp, asset, status, confidence level, address classification, or wallet relationship is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Independently verify important information using primary records and qualified advisers.
9. Third-party services
The Service may rely on or link to blockchain networks, explorers, data services, wallets, exchanges, websites, applications, or other third-party services. We do not own or control them and are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, fees, transactions, content, policies, or conduct.
A third-party name, mark, or link does not by itself imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation. Your use of a third party is governed by that party's own terms and privacy practices.
10. Wallet and transaction security
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Always verify wallet addresses, networks, token contracts, amounts, permissions, slippage, and fees before approving a transaction.
We do not need your seed phrase or private key to provide wallet discovery results. Never provide them to us or to anyone claiming they are required for the Service. You are responsible for protecting your wallets, credentials, devices, and accounts.
11. Accounts and access
If account features become available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access through the official contact method published on the Service.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or legal compliance.
12. Acceptable use
You must use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, threats, discrimination, stalking, or abuse.
- Make unsupported claims about the identity, ownership, or conduct of a wallet user.
- Misrepresent Service data as independently verified fact or official legal evidence.
- Bypass security controls, access restrictions, usage limits, or rate limits.
- Interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, or probe systems without authorization.
- Scrape or automate access in a manner that harms the Service or other users.
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights.
13. Intellectual property
The Service interface, branding, software, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Public blockchain records remain public records and may also be subject to third-party rights. These Terms do not give us ownership of data that belongs to you or another party.
14. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Service. Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are public records, but they may still be linkable to individuals. You must use all information lawfully and responsibly.
15. Availability and changes
The Service may be modified, interrupted, delayed, restricted, or discontinued at any time. Features and results may change as blockchain networks, public records, data sources, and technical systems evolve.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without express or implied warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, security, or financial outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proof of Bridge and its contributors, contractors, and service providers are not responsible or liable for investment loss, trading loss, token price loss, loss of assets, lost profit, lost opportunity, tax consequences, transaction fees, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damage arising from or connected with the Service.
- Your purchase, sale, transfer, or holding of any coin or token.
- Your reliance on incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable wallet data.
- Market volatility, manipulation, illiquidity, delisting, or an asset becoming worthless.
- Smart contract, blockchain, bridge, wallet, exchange, network, device, or software failure.
- Unauthorized access, lost credentials, theft, scams, phishing, malware, or user error.
- Third-party products, links, content, platforms, or services.
These limitations apply even if the possibility of loss was known. They do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service and its contributors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, breach of these Terms, misuse of wallet relationship data, or violation of another person's rights.
19. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms as the Service, law, or risks change. The revised page will show a new last-updated date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and any additional terms expressly presented for a feature form the agreement governing your use of the Service.
Questions about these Terms may be sent through the official contact method published on the Service.
